Our Topic

Opportunities for growth, coaching, and mentorship arise from challenging moments or routine growth and development. HR leaders and team members are often asked to jump in to coach and mentor supervisors and managers within our organizations as they grow and develop. This training will provide a grounding in adult learning, foundational ideas for your efforts when you are asked to coach and mentor supervisors and managers, and honest conversations about the organizational and human dynamics that can come into play in these moments.

Key Learning Objectives

Our session will focus on the training area of Communication (Constructive Feedback for developmental opportunities) and will also include information in the DEI space (Providing equal access to opportunities and a sense of belonging to all regardless of individual characteristics).

This program has been submitted to the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and the HR Certification Institute (HRCI) for review.
