Our Topic
Workplace well-being has evolved drastically over the years. Employer wellness programs that were historically focused on physical health have since shifted to incorporate mental and behavioral health, financial fitness, environmental well-being, social and community support, culture, and more. For employers who care about the health of their employees it can be hard to know where to begin, and challenging to understand how to adequately support your workforce’s diverse needs. Clients also have different goals for a wellness program – health management and cost containment, or culture, morale, engagement, and attraction and retention. Factor in employees’ different demands for support, and all the different solutions available and you have a challenging landscape to manage. Join us to learn more about how to build a comprehensive, holistic wellness program focused on the unique needs of today’s workforce.
