VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITY - Elected Officials Compensation Board

Lane County is looking for interested individuals to serve on our Elected Officials Compensation Board (EOCB). This is a volunteer opportunity to use your HR skills to advise and make recommendations on the salaries/compensation for the County’s elected roles. In this role, you will be able to work in collaboration with other HR professionals from the Lane county area and will have the opportunity to learn about County operations and the roles of our County elected positions.

Human Resources Generalist

The Human Resource Generalist (HRG) will run the daily functions of the Human Resource (HR) department for a Urology Practice, Radiation Center and Ambulatory Surgery center. The HRG will serve the employees and leadership with recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, pay administration, WC claims, leave guidelines, and communicating company policies and practices.

Human Resources Technician

The Human Resources team is comprised currently of an HR Director, an Assistant HR Director, an HR Analyst, an HR Specialist, two HR Technicians (including this vacancy), and an HR Administrative Secretary. As many HR processes are decentralized, a key objective of the HR department is to provide exceptional customer service, information, expert advice, and support to department and building leaders.

DEI Services Coordinator

This position assists the DEI Supervisor in planning, evaluating and implementing Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives such as: DEI committee, outreach, engagement events, research, training, and activities and supports awareness and works to imbed diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout the district through training and other methods.

Human Resources Coordinator

This position performs recruitment, onboarding and strategic coordination for a variety of human resources functions and provides general support to the human resources department and acts as district wide support to hiring managers and works with the DEI department to ensure job posting and recruitment outreach includes diverse populations.
