The Manager of People and Culture is a key leadership role within the Human Resources department, responsible for fostering a positive, inclusive, and high-performing organizational culture that supports the mission and strategic goals of the community college. VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITY - Elected Officials Compensation Board
Lane County is looking for interested individuals to serve on our Elected Officials Compensation Board (EOCB). This is a volunteer opportunity to use your HR skills to advise and make recommendations on the salaries/compensation for the County’s elected roles.
