Talent Acquisition Specialist
The person in the position is responsible for delivering all facets of successful recruitment efforts at Peterson. This will be achieved through the development of local, regional, and national recruiting plans utilizing traditional sourcing strategies, as well as developing new and creative recruiting ideas. This primary function of this position is to perform full lifecycle recruiting for assigned jobs and to provide the highest level of customer service to hiring managers and candidates throughout the entire hiring process.
The Safety Coordinator is responsible for evaluating, developing, implementing and monitoring our safety and health programs to promote an exceptional safety culture. The Senior Recruiter will join a collaborative team that supports the entire PacificSource organization. As a member of this team, you will develop relationships with hiring managers, understand requirements for open positions and characteristics of the ideal candidate, and assess the skills and fit of potential candidates. The Recruiter will manage a variety of requisitions across the various teams they support from cradle to grave and should be the subject matter expert on best practices related to hiring.
The Training Coordinator will lead our organizational training strategy, oversee its implementation and assess its outcomes. You will identify training and development needs and drive suitable training initiatives that build a strong workforce. The goal is to enhance employees’ skills, performance, productivity and quality of work, while also increasing the speed of onboarding of new employees.
Director of Human Resources
Our client with corporate operations located in Eugene, OR is seeking a hands-on, full-time Director of Human Resources. This role includes responsibility for multiple locations and functional disciplines (Sales, Administration, Research & Development, Manufacturing). The position reports to the President. The applicant will be responsible for managing all aspects of the employee and contingent worker lifecycle, including, but not limited to: recruiting, employee relations, benefits programs, training and development, performance management, compensation, HR regulatory compliance, succession planning, and employee health and safety. Another key aspect of this role will be combining learned knowledge of business objectives with functional HR knowledge and expertise to support and advise management on HR-related issues, including policies, processes and programs to help meet company objectives.
