Safety Coordinator

The Safety Coordinator is responsible for evaluating, developing, implementing and monitoring our safety and health programs to promote an exceptional safety culture.  This includes acting as a specialist in safety and health by working with managers, supervisors and employees in a proactive approach to the development and implementation of procedures, training and communications that effectively minimize and control accident and health exposures.  Evaluate and provide direction for programs to minimize physical and financial exposure from potential and actual risk. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and applicable laws. Excellent communication with Director of HR, managers and employees. 


Senior Recruiter

The Senior Recruiter will join a collaborative team that supports the entire PacificSource organization. As a member of this team, you will develop relationships with hiring managers, understand requirements for open positions and characteristics of the ideal candidate, and assess the skills and fit of potential candidates. The Recruiter will manage a variety of requisitions across the various teams they support from cradle to grave and should be the subject matter expert on best practices related to hiring.

Training Coordinator

The Training Coordinator will lead our organizational training strategy, oversee its implementation and assess its outcomes. You will identify training and development needs and drive suitable training initiatives that build a strong workforce. The goal is to enhance employees’ skills, performance, productivity and quality of work, while also increasing the speed of onboarding of new employees.


Director of Human Resources

Our client with corporate operations located in Eugene, OR is seeking a hands-on, full-time Director of Human Resources. This role includes responsibility for multiple locations and functional disciplines (Sales, Administration, Research & Development, Manufacturing). The position reports to the President. The applicant will be responsible for managing all aspects of the employee and contingent worker lifecycle, including, but not limited to: recruiting, employee relations, benefits programs, training and development, performance management, compensation, HR regulatory compliance, succession planning, and employee health and safety. Another key aspect of this role will be combining learned knowledge of business objectives with functional HR knowledge and expertise to support and advise management on HR-related issues, including policies, processes and programs to help meet company objectives.

Serves as a consultant and trusted advisor to business units, leaders and caregivers on Culture and People strategies related to improving organizational effectiveness and success. This includes proactively identifying organizational issues, assessing the impact of service-line strategies on the organization and designing and implementing innovative and creative solutions with special emphasis on culture and people solutions that align organizational strategies with the mission and key objectives.  Serves as a mentor and guide for leadership within the service line.


Payroll/benefits Administrator

Compile payroll data from time cards and other payroll records to process bi-weekly payroll. Review hours and wages computed and rectifies errors to ensure accuracy of payroll. Maintain records of holiday and vacation pay. Supports Human Resources processes by administering benefits and maintaining records related to benefits and payroll.
