SENIOR AFFIRMATIVE ACTION SPECIALIST
The Senior Affirmative Action Specialist reports to the Senior Director of Employee and Labor Relations, serving in an important leadership role that ensures institutional compliance with applicable affirmative action and equal opportunity obligations. The position must have a good understanding of relevant law and policy and be able to appropriately apply that understanding to the facts of specific situations. Success in this position requires the ability to develop and maintain partnerships with all levels of campus administration to ensure effective communication regarding current status of affirmative action efforts, areas requiring attention, and advancing ongoing good faith efforts.
