This is a volunteer opportunity to use your HR skills to advise and make recommendations on the salaries/compensation for the County’s elected roles. Human Resource Manager
This HR Generalist position manages the complete employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding through termination and exit interviews. The role handles employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, and maintains all personnel records in the HRIS system. Key responsibilities include ensuring compliance with employment laws (FMLA, ADA, EEO, OSHA), serving as the company safety officer, and acting as the primary contact for benefits and performance issues.
