This is a fun evening event for all HR professionals!

The presentation will consist of mock depositions that are part of a lawsuit brought by a former employee against their employer. The lawsuit alleges wrongful termination as well as violations of the terminated employee’s protected leave rights. During the depositions, we will go through the facts surrounding the employee’s employment and termination. At the conclusion of the depositions, the audience will have the opportunity to provide feedback to the employer as well as help the parties decide whether it makes sense to settle the lawsuit. All of the parts will be played by attorneys and staff at Hershner Hunter.
