Remote Teams:
Are We Creating Traction or Distraction?
Event Summary:
How do we continue to connect and stay productive when we don’t “see” each other in the same ways we used to and when employees have conflicting attention demands at home? This is the question we began asking a year ago (a lot). We have found a few answers to this question and are working on answering a few questions; questions about the rhythm of our remote work days. Across our 500 members, there are themes of success and resiliency and some themes of uncertainty and doubt. It’s time to share what we are all learning about leadership and teams in the pre-post-pandemic world.
Please join us on May 18 for an interactive session:
Overview Remote Best Practices (or as good as we can make them today…)
Review Practical Approaches for Maintaining and Improving Employee Engagement and Commitment
Revisit the Characteristics of High-Functioning Teams With a Remote-Work Backdrop
Check In on the Sweet Spot for Just-Enough Communication
We will explore effective ways to redefine the workplace and plan for the days to come. We will review practical approaches to maintain and improve employee engagement and commitment and revisit the leadership traits that set high-functioning workplaces apart.
