About this Event

Together Forward @Work is a call to action for the business community to drive racism and social injustice out of America’s workplaces one honest conversation at a time. To create better workplaces, first we must improve the cultures that fuel them. Each of us have the opportunity to improve our workplace cultures; one day and one human at a time!

During this engaging and collaborative session, we will dialogue about what we are, can, and should be doing moving forward. This is a time for us to consider impactful and engaging questions to propel us to the next level of thinking. In this conversation we will:

• Learn some fun mixology lessons from our partners at Mix N Mingle and Paylocity.

• Share actions and activities you and your workplace have implemented over the past year

• Discuss key questions critical to moving us all forward, together

• Identify our next steps, both individually and collectively, to create better workplaces
