Event Summary:

In today’s changing world it is essential to build resiliency in your teams and workplace culture, but how? Let’s talk about the power of relationships and your relationship to power. This session will focus what is needed to implement successful change and build resiliency throughout the process.


Speaker Bio:

Alexis James is a longtime educator and innovator. She supports Cascade members in activating contemporary responses to leadership development and employee needs through training, coaching, and team building. As a former classroom teacher, she is an engaging and empathetic trainer at meetings, board trainings, and mediations. Prior to joining the Cascade team, she was the Program Director at a statewide literacy nonprofit, where she specialized in creating an inclusive culture through supervision training, data analysis, and diversity, equity, and inclusion implementation. Alexis is a native Oregonian, earning her Master’s Degree from Lewis & Clark College.
