HOW CAPTIVES CAN REDUCE MEDICAL BENEFITS COSTS

In recent years, captives have become an increasingly popular solution utilized by small-medium sized organizations to mitigate the increasing costs of group health insurance. While not for everyone, a captive program may help your organization access long-term premium stability while reducing the overall cost of your group health plan.

In this presentation, you will gain a baseline understanding of:

  • How a captive works,

  • Why an organization might join a captive, and

  • If a captive is an appropriate solution for your organization's particular HR and financial needs.

This program has been submitted to the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and the HR Certification Institute (HRCI) for approval.
