• Symptoms of anxiety and depression and the surprising ways these may show up in the workplace

• How to support employees with mental health challenges

• A break down of panic attacks and what to do if an employee or co-worker is experiencing one at work

• Suicidal ideation and how to respond to suicidal comments in the workplace

• Mental health crisis intervention
