Partnering for Impact: How HR Shapes Regional Workforce

Workforce challenges can't be solved in isolation. The presentation will outline how HR can partner with the workforce board, education sector, community-based organizations, and industry partners to co-design solutions and leverage resources. Workforce trends, labor market data, and innovative strategies to help businesses navigate today's tight labor market will also be shared.

This presentation will help HR professionals identify where collaboration already exists, where gaps are, and which relationships could immediately move the needle for Lane County's workforce.

This program has been submitted to the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and the HR Certification Institute (HRCI) for approval.
