Neurodiversity in the Workplace

Join us for an overview of how trauma, ADHD and Autism affects the brain and consequently workplace behavior and communication. Things are not always what they appear to be on the surface, and the more we know about neurodiversity the better we are able to respond to employees to create healthier, more productive workplace.
This program will be submitted to the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and the HR Certification Institute (HRCI) for review.
Jodi DePaoli is the Manger of Cascade Health EAP and a Licensed Professional Counselor. She works with individuals, couples and families in her clinical practice. Jodi also offeres workplace interventions, team building, supervisor cosultation, training and mediation. She aims to create healthy workplaces to promote productivity, employee wellness and a healthier community as a whole.
