LCHRA HR Internship Grant Application

Each year LCHRA awards employer grants to encourage and incentivize paid Human Resources internships under the guidance of experienced HR professionals. Internships provide students with the opportunity to gain the real-world experience employers seek. For employers, it’s an opportunity to develop a pipeline of experienced HR candidates while taking advantage of the grant. Mentoring an HR intern also contributes to the education and development of future HR professionals.
