Serves as a consultant and trusted advisor to business units, leaders and caregivers on Culture and People strategies related to improving organizational effectiveness and success. Maintain records of holiday and vacation pay. Supports Human Resources processes by administering benefits and maintaining records related to benefits and payroll.

Creates and implements progressive solutions that are based on the total rewards philosophy and that result in a competitive advantage in terms of recruiting and retention success. Works collaboratively and independently in the design, development, implementation, administration and communication of benefits including health, welfare, wellness, leaves of absence and retirement. Partner with Rewards COE team reviewing business needs for continuous iterative exploration of data, technologies and practices to gain insight in on work to help drive effective decision making and advancements with Rewards COE programs.
The Safety Manager is responsible for establishing, implementing and monitoring our health and safety programs to cultivate an exceptional safety culture. This includes acting as staff specialist in safety and health by working with managers, supervisors and employees in a proactive approach to the development and implementation of procedures, promotions, training and communications that effectively minimize and control accident and health exposures. Provide all levels of management with specific actions to assure compliance with regulations and laws. Evaluate and provide direction for programs to minimize physical and financial exposure from potential or actual risks.
